These terms apply to the SMS text-messaging program operated by Critical LLC ("Critical", "we", "us", or "our") on the toll-free number associated with onecritical.com.

1. Program description

Critical LLC sends transactional and customer-care SMS messages including one-time verification codes used to log you into your account, application status updates, and service notifications about the locum tenens placements you have engaged with us about. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages.

2. How to opt in

You opt in to receive SMS messages by:

• Entering your mobile phone number on the application form at onecritical.com/apply and checking the SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default;
• Entering your mobile phone number on the login or signup form and checking the SMS consent box before clicking Continue;
• Toggling the SMS channel on in your account communication preferences after logging in.

Each consent is logged with the exact disclosure text shown, the page URL, your IP address, your browser user-agent, and a timestamp so we can produce evidence of consent on request.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us — typically 1–2 messages per login attempt plus occasional account or service updates.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Critical does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may.

5. HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email contact@onecritical.com.

6. STOP / opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts. To re-subscribe, opt in again on any of the forms described above.

7. Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
